  1. I placed my order, now what?
    After you purchase your desired items, your order will be placed in a queue to be made to order. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. 

  2. When can I expect to receive my products?
    All products from the Divine Skin collection are handmade with love. After placing your order please allow 1-2 weeks of processing time before your order is ready to be shipped.

    All apparel and accessories are also made to order. After placing your order please allow 1 week of processing time before your order is ready to be shipped.

    Orders containing both Divine Skin and apparel will be shipped out in separate packaging.

  3. What countries do we ship to?
    Shipping is available for customers based in the United States.  

  4. What is the Return Policy?
    All sales are final. If there is an issue with the product or packaging, please contact us at divinesightllc@gmail.com to remedy the issue.

  5. Help! My body butter melted, what do I do?
    Don't worry! Simply place your body butter in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours for the product to return back to its buttery form.

  6. My body butter has separated, is that normal?
    Completely! Due to the natural ingredients it is normal for the butters to separate. To restore the butter to its normal consistency, you can follow the instructions below (for 6oz glass jars only!).

    Instructions:
    1. Add water to a pot on low heat. Water added should be no more than 2 inches tall.
    2. Remove the lid from the body butter and place the jar in the pot.
    3. Allow the butter to melt to an oil before carefully removing from the pot.
    4. Mix the melted body butter to ensure all of the ingredients are thoroughly blended.
    5. Place the lid on jar and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours or until the butter has return to a solid state.
